Working principle

Vibrating fluidized bed dryer is to apply mechanical vibration to the ordinary fluidized bed. Under the action of vibration force and wind, the material is thrown forward continuously in the horizontal direction and presents a fluidization state. The hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed and the wet material for heat exchange, so that the material and the hot air are in full contact to complete the heat transfer process. The wet air is dedusted by the cyclone separator and discharged by the induced draft fan. The dry material is discharged by the discharge port.
