Rotary flash dryer is a vertical dryer with rotary crushing device, which can complete drying, crushing, grading and other operations of materials at the same time. It is a continuous drying equipment specially designed for drying cake, paste and slurry materials.


Working principle

The clean hot medium heated by the heat source enters the drying chamber in the form of tangents and forms a strong vortex type rotating air flow together with the mechanical stirring mechanism. The wet material is added to the drying chamber quantitatively by the feeder, and is crushed and dried under the action of stirring and eddy airflow.

The top of the drying chamber is provided with a particle size classifier, and the fine powder that meets the drying requirements is discharged from the top of the tower and collected by the separator behind. The larger particles that do not meet the drying requirements are blocked by the classification ring and returned to the drying chamber and continue to be crushed and dried until they are dried into qualified products, which are discharged with hot air and collected by the separator. Clean tail gas is emptied under the action of induced draft fan.


Performance characteristics
